After a long 18-hour trip, I arrived in soggy, cold SF Bay Area last Thursday afternoon. Thanks to all who upheld me in prayer.
Since I arrived, God’s providence has been at work. The following day, I had a job interview at a company I worked for back in 1998, and God gave me a full-time, temporary job as an Information Technology Technician until I go back to the Philippines in September. And then on Sunday night, we received a call from one of our faithful friends that he’s donating one of their cars to us. Now I don’t have to worry what car I’ll use for going to work. Lastly, Evelyn, Rachel and I have a place to stay in Hercules (my sister) or in Concord (Evelyn’s sister). A job, a car, a place to stay — God has provided for all our needs.
Wycliffe has given its approval for me to come back this early and work temporarily to tide us over in our financial situation. But if you should desire to temporarily stop supporting us financially while I’m working, you may do so. However, we would be able to pay off our loans and other financial obligations better and quicker should you continue your support. We’ll be sincerely grateful for this.
Please pray that I would be able to catch up on computer technology quickly so I can perform adequately in my new job. And that I would survive without Evelyn and Rachel for six weeks until they come on May 20.
If you want to “do lunch” with me while I’m here, please e-mail me.

Cool new blog, I like it! Now another blog to read.
Glad to see that you’re up and blogging. This blog will be nice for those of us who would like to get more frequent updates of how you are doing.
Nollie, I’ve been waiting for you in the blogsphere. At last, you are here. God bless you, Evelyn and the kids. But I hope you can make your blog ad easy to remember. Mine, as you know, is bagongunida.com.
I will go back to your blogspot later.
