I’m writing this message from Tim and Chesney’s home in Scotts Valley, California, about 70 miles south of San Francisco. It’s one of those special times when all of us are in one roof again.

We came here for a three-day camping trip in a beautiful park of redwood groves along a river (too bad it was dry) about 120 miles north of San Francisco. Tim and Chesney together with 4-month-old Caleb joined us, including most of Nollie’s siblings’ families. This camping trip has become an annual reunion of our families. In the attached picture is Nollie leading the group in the Sunday morning worship service.

We’ll stay in the Bay Area until early Sunday morning, and then drive back to Escondido. We hope to be finishing up and sending our newsletter early next week.
