The Aftermath

Over a week and a half ago, San Diego was in the grip of the feared Santa Ana winds, which brought several fires to Southern CA. All the fires are now contained, but the toll is staggering: 22 dead, 750,000 acres burned, 3,645 homes destroyed. Now, the weather has completely turned around, and it feels very wintry (to us who are tropicalized).
